Managing Applications
Once you’ve created an Application, you can update its settings, switch between Applications, and manage them alongside the rest of your workspace.
Editing Application settings
Section titled “Editing Application settings”To edit an Application, open its action menu from the dashboard home and choose Edit. You can update:
- Name — Change the display name.
- URL — Update the base URL if your app moves or you switch environments.
- Username / Password — Update the sign-in credentials for App-type Applications. For security, the stored password is never shown — leave the password field blank to keep the current one, or enter a new value to replace it.
- Description — Update the note describing the Application.
- Allowed Domains — Add or remove domains Marketrix is permitted to navigate.
Switching between Applications
Section titled “Switching between Applications”Use the application selector in the navigation sidebar to switch between your connected Applications. Each Application has its own dashboard with independent knowledge, personas, simulations, skills, widgets, and QA Flows. The dashboard home also lists every Application in the workspace.
Workspace-level management
Section titled “Workspace-level management”Applications are scoped to your workspace. Each workspace maintains its own set of Applications, and members of a workspace share access to all Applications in it.
Deleting an Application
Section titled “Deleting an Application”To delete an Application, open its action menu and choose Delete, then confirm.
