Guides are step-by-step walkthroughs that help your users navigate your application. Instead of pointing them to a separate help center, Guides deliver in-context assistance right where they need it — inside your product.

How Guides reach your users

Guides are surfaced through Widgets. Once a guide is available to a widget, anyone using that widget on your site can pull it up on demand from the widget surface.

Onboarding — Walk new users through setup and first-time configuration.
Feature adoption — Show users how to use features they haven’t discovered yet.
