What browsers does the widget support?
Section titled “What browsers does the widget support?”The widget works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It is built with standard web technologies and does not require any browser plugins.
How does agent learning work?
Section titled “How does agent learning work?”When you assign knowledge or run simulations, the agent builds two indexes: a vector index for semantic search and a knowledge graph for understanding relationships between concepts. This process runs in the background and typically completes within a few minutes, depending on the volume of content.
Can I use multiple agents per application?
Section titled “Can I use multiple agents per application?”Yes. Each application can have multiple agents, each with different instructions and knowledge. This is useful for specialized agents — for example, one for sales questions and another for technical support.
What’s the difference between Tell, Show, and Do modes?
Section titled “What’s the difference between Tell, Show, and Do modes?”- Tell — Provides text-based answers in the chat window.
- Show — Visually demonstrates workflows by highlighting UI elements and guiding the user through steps.
- Do — Takes direct actions in the browser on behalf of the user, automating tasks like filling forms or navigating pages.
How are sessions recorded?
Section titled “How are sessions recorded?”Sessions are captured using screen recording technology when users interact with your widget. Recordings include mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation. Sensitive form data (such as passwords) is not captured.
What plans include QA Flows?
Section titled “What plans include QA Flows?”QA Flows are available on Starter plans and above. Free plans include applications, agents, knowledge, and basic simulations.
Can I self-host the widget?
Section titled “Can I self-host the widget?”The widget is served from Marketrix’s CDN by default. For enterprise customers requiring self-hosting, contact support.
How do I invite team members?
Section titled “How do I invite team members?”Go to Settings > Workspace and click Invite. Enter the team member’s email address and they will receive an invitation to join your workspace.
How do I change my workspace plan?
Section titled “How do I change my workspace plan?”Navigate to Settings > Billing to view available plans and manage your subscription. Plan changes take effect immediately.
Is my data secure?
Section titled “Is my data secure?”Marketrix uses encryption in transit and at rest. Data is hosted on Azure infrastructure with SOC 2 compliant practices. For detailed security information, contact our team.
