FAQ
What browsers does the widget support?
Section titled “What browsers does the widget support?”The widget works in modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It’s built with standard web technologies and mounts into an isolated Shadow DOM on your page, so it doesn’t require any browser plugins and won’t leak styles into your site.
How does Marketrix learn my product?
Section titled “How does Marketrix learn my product?”Marketrix learns two ways. It reads the Knowledge you add — documents and videos — and it sees your product by running Simulations that explore it in a real browser. Content is processed two ways: a vector index that breaks it into searchable chunks for semantic retrieval, and a knowledge graph (the Application Graph) that captures relationships between concepts for structured understanding. This runs in the background, with a Learning status while it’s in progress.
What’s the difference between Tell, Show, and Do modes?
Section titled “What’s the difference between Tell, Show, and Do modes?”- Tell — The widget explains things conversationally, drawing on what Marketrix has learned about your product.
- Show — The widget visually demonstrates workflows by highlighting UI elements and walking the user through the steps in your application.
- Do — The widget takes actions directly in the browser — clicking, typing, and navigating — to complete tasks on the user’s behalf.
Mode availability is configured per widget. See Interaction Modes.
How are sessions recorded?
Section titled “How are sessions recorded?”Widgets record user sessions automatically when a visitor opens the widget — no extra setup. Recordings capture on-screen activity such as page navigation, clicks, scrolling, and conversations. You can replay them from the Sessions page. See Session Recording.
